Our dedicated Fraud and Scam Operations team helps protect customers against fraud and scams or recover funds if customers fall victim. This site is here to help make customers, their families or friends, or the general public, more aware about fraud and scams. You can read about different types of scams, how to protect yourself, latest alerts, and how to report any concerns.
If you are concerned that you or someone you know has fallen victim to fraud or scams, you can call our local Customer Contact Centre team on 13 81 51 (8am to 8pm Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm Saturday (AEST) and closed National Public Holidays).
