Enjoy a $129 Virgin Australia Gift Voucher, each year¹⁷.

To unlock your benefit, simply make a retail purchase in the 2 months prior to requesting your voucher. Use your Virgin Australia Gift Voucher, provided as a Virgin Australia Travel Bank credit, when booking Virgin Australia flights on any fare type (including sale fares). You can redeem your voucher any time within 12 months of the issue date.

Here’s how you can take advantage of this great offer

1. Check that you're eligible for the offer

You’re a primary Virgin Australia Velocity Flyer or High Flyer cardholder.

Your credit card has been activated.

30 days has passed since your card approval date, or since your card approval anniversary date.

You’ve made at least one retail purchase on your card in the 2 months prior to requesting your voucher.

Your account is not in default or temporarily blocked.

You have not successfully requested a Gift Voucher in this anniversary period.

2. Ensure your details are up to date

Before you request your voucher, it’s important that the details you enter at the time of claiming it match the details in your credit card customer account.

If your details are not correct, your voucher request may be delayed while Velocity Frequent Flyer attempt to contact you to verify your information.

You can check or update your details by logging into Virgin Money Online or by calling the Customer Care Team on 13 37 39. If you change your details you will need to allow until the 1^st day of the following month for the changes to take affect before you can request your Gift Voucher.

3. Request your Virgin Australia gift voucher

If you’re eligible and ready to request your voucher, simply go to virginmoney.com.au/giftvoucher to complete the request form.

You’ll receive an email from Virgin Australia to the email address connected to your Velocity account, that contains your Travel Bank account number and confirmation of the $129 credit within 10 business days.

Book flights online at virginaustralia.com.au or call the Virgin Australia Guest Contact Centre on 13 67 89 (fees apply to phone bookings).

During the booking process, you will see the option to select Travel Bank as your payment type. You will be able to manually enter the credit amount you would like to put towards the booking total.

Relax with two complimentary Virgin Australia domestic Lounge passes, each year³³

Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card customers are able to relax and enjoy some time out before your flight with two complimentary Single Entry Virgin Australia domestic Lounge passes. These passes will automatically appear in your Velocity account as an anniversary present from us each year (on the month you were originally approved for the card) and are valid until your next card anniversary.

Each year after your card anniversary date, Virgin Australia Velocity High Flyer Card customers will have two complimentary Single Entry Virgin Australia domestic Lounge passes added to your online Velocity account. Here’s a screenshot of where you will see them within your Velocity account:

2. Using your complimentary Lounge passes

Simply arrive at a domestic Virgin Australia Lounge and have your Velocity Membership Number AND boarding pass handy. The team at the Lounge will quickly check your details and you’ll be able to relax until your flight.
